What we do best

Lyophilisation is our strong suit.

It's written into our mission statement, and for good reason. Freeze-drying is the hardest way to keep a sterile drug stable — and it's why a Decro vial still mixes cleanly at a hospital years after it leaves Indrad. Here's how it works.

    Freeze

    Shelf temperature

    The solution is cooled well below freezing on tightly controlled shelves, so the drug sets into a stable, solid form.

  2. 02

    Vacuum

    0.081 mBar

    Chamber pressure

    Pressure drops to a fraction of a millibar. Under a vacuum this deep, the ice can't melt — it can only turn straight to vapour.

  3. 03

    Sublimate

    −20.0 °C

    Primary drying

    Over primary and secondary drying, the water leaves bit by bit, leaving behind a dry cake that dissolves the moment it's needed.

  4. 04

    Seal

    +25.0 °C

    Stoppered under N₂

    Vials are stoppered under nitrogen and sealed right there in the chamber, so they stay sterile from fill to finish.

Our plant was built and is run by a skilled, experienced team, and meets the standards set by Indian and international regulators alike. We started in 2020 and have grown into a multi-crore business since — with the latest equipment across every line.

Sterile manufacturing

Freeze-dryers, powder-fill lines and liquid-injection lines, all running under clean, controlled conditions.

In-house quality control

Our own GLP lab checks every batch against BP, USP, EP, IP and JP standards before it ships.
